Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information Valdaven Limited ("Valdaven", "we") collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. It is written to meet our obligations under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form, we collect:

• your name and, if you give it, your organisation
• your phone number and, if you give it, your email address
• your delivery town or county, if you give it
• the details of your enquiry

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you choose to share in that conversation.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We may count page visits and clicks on contact buttons using analytics that do not identify you personally.

Why we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry: to prepare a quote, arrange a delivery or service, or answer your question. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Form submissions are passed to us by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and arrive in our business email inbox, which is provided by Google. These providers may store information on servers outside Kenya. We use them only to receive and manage your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 12 months and then delete them.

Your rights

Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• ask what information we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• object to us using your information
